Clinique engaged Boombox to help promote its Clinique iD skincare line with an activation that was just as customizable as their products.

When developed, the Clinique iD product line was considered by
the brand as a “game-changer” in the skincare industry, so when they approached Boombox to deliver an introductory consumer experience, it had to be as progressive and innovative as the product itself.

Boombox designed and fabricated a custom touring event set that included several interactive pillars. The Clinical Reality proprietary app gave consumers the opportunity to identify their perfect product combination of hydration and treatment. They could then bring their custom skincare solutions to life at the Assembly Bar, where they could also sample and purchase iD products. The Smoothie Bar served tasty custom concoctions that were both healthy for the skin and complemented the Clinique iD colors. Finally, an oversized iD bottle offered a unique, fun, and share-worthy photo experience.


By planning and managing a multi-city tour for this pop-up event, we
helped Clinique iD to demonstrate its leadership and dedication to
innovation while introducing media, influencers, and consumers to the new product line.
