When Ferragamo debuted the UOMO and UOMO Casual fragrances, they needed a product launch that drove brand awareness and engaged customers in a fresh and inventive way. Boombox answered by developing a campaign that brought the brand’s Italian roots to life.
We ideated, planned, and shot two virtual reality (VR) films on location in Italy. The films put customers in the front seat of an Italian car that took them on scenic drives through cobbled streets, lush countrysides, and past the Salvatore Ferragamo storefront. By bringing this VR experience and retail intercept program to key doors across the country, we communicated the heart and spirit of the Ferragamo brand while encouraging discovery and purchase of the UOMO products.
